And it always to control you, pull you in pockets. If you can’t control your own brain and your brain control you, you are fucked. You got a tell your brain where you wanna go , and how wanna get there. You got a control it , If not , it’s over. So make a decision , stick to it , train your brain with your decision or your target. Take small steps to complete it. Watch a motivational video, take a lecture or read a motivational book to motivate your brain is just for instant but develop a habit to complete your small task that you decide ,is keeps you going forward. Never give up , when you fail. Next day, Start with new task. Develop powerful habits for success and small but consistent action lead to big result.
